Calling all gym members, are you ready to enhance your fitness journey with the official Technogym Training Coach app?
Whether you’re new to the gym or an existing member, you can create your account today and collect your access code from a member of our fitness team or from reception and explore the vast features available included with the official Technogym app:
1.) Manage your bookings
Members can now book into their inductions, body scans, programmes and technique sessions entirely through the app.
These are FREE for all gym members and can be booked multiple times, allowing members to feel supported throughout their fitness journey.
2.) Free PT Taster Sessions
We are thrilled to offer FREE 45 minute taster sessions with our new personal trainers at St Sidwell’s Point, Mark and Connie!
During this, our trainers will walk you through everything you would encounter during one of their standard Personal Trainer sessions.
3.) Measure your fitness
By booking into a Body Scan through the Technogym app, a member of our fitness team will show you how to use our InBody Pro in the gym at St Sidwell’s Point.
The InBody Pro will give you an overall analysis of your current position allowing you to track several key health markers such as body fat percentage, visceral fat, BMI and many more.
The data will be automatically uploaded to your Technogym app under ‘Wellness Passport’ allowing you to compare each analysis you take so you can track your progress in the gym!
4.) Custom Workouts
For those looking for a regimented gym session, the Technogym app allows you to create and save custom workouts that help you work towards your fitness aspirations.
5.) Track your MOVE’s
By linking the app to your smart watch or simply your phone, users can track how many MOVEs they have made as well as distance travelled, and total calories burnt!
6.) Compete in challenges
For those competitive gym members, there’s a wide selection of challenges to choose from and weekly leaderboards with other members.
