Why have I got a booking ban?
You either did not attend your booked session, cancelled too late or you did not swipe in at the gates.

How do I cancel/ freeze my membership?
If you email exeterleisure@servicetsg.com they will be able to cancel or freeze your membership.

Can I come for a swim if I’m not a member?
Yes we have a pay as you go option for swimming:
Adult Swim Session - £4.50
Under 16’s Swim Session - £3.20
Under 3’s – Free

How do I enquire about swimming lessons?
If you email swimming@exeter.gov.uk they will be able to give you information about our swimming lessons.

Do I leave my band at reception?
You only need to leave your band at reception if you’re paying as you go. Members who are paying monthly need to keep hold of their bands.

I’m pay as you go, how do I become a member?
Go to the ‘my account’ section on the app or website and there will be an option to upgrade.
