We just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our first Les Mills launch of 2023. We packed out the rooftop studio on Saturday…

We absolutely love getting together to team-teach and the energy in the centre was amazing, from BODYATTACK to BODYBALANCE, everybody was giving it their all.

We also wanted to say a massive thank you to our instructors- thanks for bringing so much fun and energy to EVERY class, you’re amazing!

We hope you all enjoyed the new music and choreography, we can’t wait to get back in the studio and master the new moves together. Don’t forget, you can bolt-on group exercise to your membership for just £5 a month!
