To ensure a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all, we ask all members and users follow this code of conduct.

Health & Safety
Please observe the following guidelines

Inductions:
Gym inductions are recommended for all members.

Inductions are mandatory for all junior members.

Junior Members:
Junior members are only permitted to use the gym during teen gym times or with the supervision of a designated adult during Adult/ Teen Sessions

Bookings are required, please check in with reception.

Equipment Use:
Only use equipment you are familiar with. If you are unsure, please ask a staff member for assistance
Train within your limits and seek support if you’re attempting new or challenging exercises.

Safe Workout Spaces:
Make sure the area around you is clear, safe, and suitable for your chosen exercise.

Store bags in lockers, keep walkways clear of personal items.

Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.

Substance Use:
Members suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.



Gym Etiquette
Help us create a respectful and enjoyable space for everyone by following these etiquette guidelines

Cleanliness:
Please wipe down equipment after use and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.

Weights & Equipment:
Return all weights and accessories to their proper place after use.

Mobile Phones & Media:
Keep mobile phone use to a minimum, especially when using the equipment.

Always use headphones for music and videos.

No photography or filming is permitted in the gym or changing facilities.

Shared Spaces:
During busy times, please limit yourself to one station at a time to allow fair access.

Training in groups is allowed, but please keep group sizes to 3 people or fewer.
